How do I sign up for the service?
Simply email or call Rx Services and request a service agreement to be faxed to your pharmacy. Upon your review of the agreement, complete the addendum by choosing your service plan, website template, and Internet domain name. Finally, sign and date the agreement, and fax it back to the number indicated on the agreement.
How easy is it to set up?
Once the agreement has be executed and received, design on you website will begin. Your website will be completed with generic content and pictures in approximately one week. When it is ready for your review, website change sheets will be fax or emailed to your pharmacy. As you review your site, make change notes on the change sheets and fax/email back to us.
If you have chosen a website option that includes customization, forward pictures and graphics to us via email or on CD through the US mail system.
How long will it take to be up and running?
The initial website should be up in approximately one week and all changes should be completed within one week of receiving the last change request and images, if applicable.
How will I be billed for the service?
Your web service fee is billed quarterly and can be cancelled at any time. NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS REQUIRED.

How often can I request website changes if I choose the website maintenance option?
If you choose the website maintenance option, you may submit changes to your website once each month. This includes text and image changes.
What if I already have a website?
We can provide a cost effective hosting solution if you are currently hosting your website with another provider. Our hosting solutions include your Internet domain name. If you are interested in our monthly maintenance program, be sure to let us know, as your current website may qualify. |
